You may be experiencing issues with SSO since our update. This is because the certificate of the SSO connection has been modified. We see that the problem mainly occurs with ADFS configurations and some Azure AD links.
The metadata can be downloaded via https://my.validsign.nl/sso/saml/metadata.
The certificate is included in this SSO metadata, but also attached with the following link: Certificate Metadata.
If it still does not work after this adjustment, please contact support@validsign.eu and indicate that it still does not work after the adjustment.
