What is the "Reports" heading for?
Under "Reports" you can view all completed, pending and declined transactions. You can also request a summary of the transaction for each completed transaction, in which the complete audit trail of this transaction is recorded. Here you can see who signed when.
Account summary report
Clicking the "Reports" button opens the Account Summary Report page. For each account sender, it shows the number of associated transactions, grouped by status. This menu option is only visible to the account owner and to ValidSign administrators.
You can filter a report by specifying a date range. You can set this at the top left of the screen.
Click on a status (eg "Completed") to view the transactions with a specific status. Each transaction is listed by name. The number of documents and recipients of the transaction are also displayed.
You can view the transactions per user. Please note: the document is at all times protected from another ValidSign user, so also from the admin/administrator. You can only view the documents via the delegation function. Through the reports function you can see the following information:
The "Documents" section lists the documents of the transaction. Next to the document name, it is indicated when all signatures in the document have been completed, and you can also see when the first and last signature were made.
The "Recipients" section lists the recipients of the transaction. Their names and e-mail addresses are easy to find, a green check mark indicates which recipients have signed and the date of the first and last signature can be viewed here.
You can also make a printout of the report overview. Select a period of which you want to make a printout. Then click on . You now have a CSV file with all the necessary information.
