As a signatory, you will receive an email with a link to the document to be signed, unless you are both the sender and the first recipient of a transaction. That looks like this:
You click on the "Check your documents" button and it is automatically forwarded to the ValidSign environment. The screen shows the document to be signed.
If you scroll further down, you will arrive at the sign field. If you need to sign a document consisting of tens or hundreds of pages, you can click on the icon at the bottom "next"to go directly to the sign field.
To sign the document, simply click the "Sign" button
You must then confirm the signature by clicking "Confirm".
When you have confirmed, the document will be officially signed and you will arrive at the 'thank you screen'. You can choose to check the documents again or click to download the documents.
If you have a lot of signing requests, it may be easier to start signing from the dashboard. You do need a ValidSign account for this.
