What should I do as a ValidSign user
As a user of ValidSign you do not have to perform any actions, the transactions and templates on your account will remain. What should I do as an administrator of ValidSign
As an administrator of ValidSign, you can inform your users about the upcoming release. For example, you can share the link to the knowledge base and the webinar within your organization. If your organisation uses a ValidSign integration and applies IP whitelisting, it is important to know that the IP address of the production environment will be changed. On this page you can find more information regarding the IP-adres change.

What will happen to the settings of our environment
The settings of your organization's ValidSign environment are preserved during the update. The emails sent from your organization will therefore still look exactly the same as they do now. Other settings that may have been applied to your ValidSign environment, such as turning off the stamp in the signature or sending the mail via your own domain, are also preserved during the update.

Will SSO continue to work
We will setup a redirect so users can still use the existing SSO link after the update. You don't have to make any changes to your excisting SSO configuration.
Will my integration continue to work
The update contains some minor changes to the API, more information about that can be found on this page. If you have questions about a specific integration, we recommend to contact the developer/supplier of the integration.
