Within your ValidSign account, you can access your archived and deleted transactions by using the "Transactions" tab.
Archived transactions
These are transactions that you've chosen to archive after finishing the signing process. When a transaction is archived, the signers won't be able to access the signed documents through the link in their email anymore. If you decide to restore an archived transaction, it'll go back to the 'Inbox', and the signers can download the signed documents once again. In the example, you can see how to restore a transaction: select the transaction you want to restore, then click on "Restore".
Deleted transactions
Before transactions are permanently removed, they go into your trash bin. You have the option to permanently delete transactions from this trash bin ("Deleted").
Keep in mind: once you permanently delete a transaction, there's no way to get it back! In the example, you can see how to permanently delete a transaction: click on the transaction you want to delete forever, then click on the trash can icon.
