You can submit your documents for signature via the ValidSign app.
In the dashboard, click on the 'plus' in the green circle.
You can then indicate who must sign. You can choose from the following options:
- Only me
- Me and others
- Only others
- Choosing custom template
When you have made a choice here, you can add the signers in the next screen. You can add these manually, but you can also upload them from your contacts. Please note that you must give permission for this. You can then decide whether you want a signing order or not. When you're done, click 'next'.
In the next screen you can determine the transaction settings. First, give the transaction a transaction name. Then you can choose to configure a reminder schedule. Then you can set an expiration date.
Indicate in which language the transaction may be sent and conclude with a message.
You will now see the designer page. Here you can place signature field(s) on the document. When you have added all the required fields, you can send the transaction. Your documents have now been submitted for signature. In the instruction video below you can watch how you send a document via the ValidSign app:
