Sub-environment
Multiple subenvironments can be hung under a ValidSign main environment. Subenvironments can be created up to three levels deep. This allows for each department or branch within an organization to have its own ValidSign environment with separate settings. All of these subenvironments fall under the main environment and can therefore also be managed centrally.
Setting up subenvironments
When setting up a subenvironment, you can choose which settings you want to inherit from the main environment and which you want to set separately for the subenvironment. For example, you can set a different default language for the subenvironment or generate an additional API key that is specific to the subenvironment. You can also determine which users have access to which subenvironment and what role a user has in a subenvironment. For more information on this or questions about specific settings, you can contact the ValidSign Support Team at support@validsign.nl or 085 303 36 76.
How do I create a subenvironment
A subenvironment can be a completely new environment, but it is also possible to hang an existing environment as a subenvironment under another environment.
To create a subenvironment, you can contact the ValidSign Support Team at support@validsign.eu or 085 303 36 76.
Navigate between different sub-environments
If you are logged in to your ValidSign account that has access to multiple subenvironments, you can navigate between them by clicking on the subenvironment button in the top right corner.
Then you can select which sub-environment you want to navigate to and click on it.
