Several sub-environments can be placed under a ValidSign main environment. Sub-environments can be created up to three levels deep. This makes it possible to create its own ValidSign environment with separate settings for each department or branch within an organization. All these sub-environments fall under the main environment and can therefore also be centrally managed.
Setting up sub-environments
When setting up a sub-environment, you can choose which settings you want to adopt from the main environment and which you want to set separately for the sub-environment. For example, you can set a different default language on the sub-environment or generate an extra API key just for the sub-environment. You can also determine yourself which users have access to which sub-environment and which role a user has in a sub-environment. For more information about this or questions about specific settings, please contact the ValidSign Support Team via firstname.lastname@example.org or 085 303 36 76.
How do I create a sub environment
A sub-environment can be a completely new environment, but it is also possible to hang an existing environment as a sub-environment under another environment.
To create a sub-environment, please contact the ValidSign Support Team via email@example.com or 085 303 36 76.
Navigate between different sub-environments
If you are logged in to a ValidSign account that has access to multiple sub-environments, you can navigate by clicking the sub-environment button at the top right.
Then you can select which sub-environment you want to navigate to and click on it.
