When you use the ValidSign callback manager you create multiple callbacks. These callbacks will appear in your account. Because a lot of callbacks are created, it can be complicated to track down the right callback. You can easily find this callback by using the search function in the callback manager.
When you navigate to the "Callbacks" heading in the ValidSign callback manager at the top, you will see the screen below:
In the overview of received callbacks, all received callbacks are displayed. Ten of these are listed per page. It is possible to filter on a specific status in this overview.
You do this by clicking the arrow at the top right of the screen. This allows you to filter on the callback statuses below.
In addition, you can also use the search function to find the correct callback. You can use this search function via the bar that is displayed at the top right. You can also see this in the screenshot below:
In this search bar you can search for the following aspects:
- Transaction ID
- Date (e.g. 2022-01-25)
- Event (Activate, Complete etc.)
