In ValidSign4Accountancy you can choose various actions that a customer must do in a transaction. You include this customer in the transaction you have made. For each workflow, you can decide which action the customer should perform. You have three options for this:
1. None. First, you can select not to have any action performed by the customer. The customer is therefore not included in the transaction. He or she will therefore not be able to see the documents.
2. To inform. You can also pick to only inform the customer. The customer will then receive an email with information about what you have done for the customer. The customer does not have to take any action himself.
3. Sign. The last option is to have the document signed by the customer. The customer must sign the document himself via ValidSign4Accountancy. The transaction is completed when all parties have signed.
