For each workflow, you can indicate who should be the internal signer for the transaction. It is possible that there are different internal signers at different processes within the organization. Because you indicate who the internal signer should be, the right person always signs.
You can navigate via "Settings" to the heading "Workflows". Here you can see the different workflows. Behind these workflows are three dots. When you click on it, you can change the settings per workflow. You can also change your internal signer here. There are several options for this:
- None
- Transaction maker
- Organization owner
- Regular user
- The first option is not to add an internal signer. Only the customer will sign then. The signed documents are then visible to the customer and the transaction owner.
- You can also choose that the transaction maker is the internal signer. The person who is logged in and creates the transaction is also the person who signs the document on behalf of your organization.
- You can also indicate that the organization responsible /owner must sign. You fill in the organization responsible when adding an organization.
- The last option is to let a regular user sign. This can be a fixed person within your organization. This person will sign all the signatures on behalf of your organization.
