Via the ValidSign4Accountancy dashboard, you can see all transactions that have been created within your account in the last 30 days. These transactions can have different statuses. This article explains each status of a transaction. As you can see in the image below, there are six transaction columns.
The first box you see is 'All Transactions'. This box allows you to navigate to a list of all transactions created in the past 30 days. This list is different for every ValidSign4Accountancy user. Because this concerns all transactions that have been created by a user.
The 'Completed' button allows you to see all completed transactions you made in the last 30 days. This overview also makes it easy to download all necessary documents and save them on your own systems.
Via 'In progress' you can navigate to all transactions that are still open. A transaction may be open because you still have to sign a document yourself or an external person still has to sign. You can also manually send a reminder to the person who has to sign.
A transaction that has been created, but haven't been sent yet, can be found in “Draft”. Here, you can still adjust the created transaction before sending it.
It is possible to add an expiry date to a transaction. You indicate that you want to have the document back before a certain date. If signers haven't signed yet, the transaction will be placed in the 'Expired' folder. The link of the transaction no longer works when the expiry date is exceeded. However, it is possible to resend transactions in the 'expired' folder.
If signers do not want to sign the document you have, they can refuse the signature. When a recipient has done this, the transaction will be placed in the 'Declined' folder.
