There are two different reasons for getting duplicate emails. Unfortunately, one of these causes is still unknown to us. The two are explained below.

Duplicate emails upon transaction completion
It often happens that you (as the owner of the transaction) receive the e-mail multiple times after completion of the transaction. This is because this email is addressed to the signatories, but the owner of the transaction is included in the CC. These emails can be turned off for the sender / "owner" of the transaction, or for all signers. Please contact support@validsign.nl for this. Unfortunately it is not possible to send the mail to some of the signatories. These settings apply to all users under the main account.
