If you are the admin (main administrator) of the ValidSign environment, you have more functionalities at your disposal than regular users. The functionalities mainly relate to managing other users. In addition, an administrator also has the option to view 'Reports'.
If you click on your name in the top right corner of the dashboard and then on 'Admin', you will get an overview of specific administrator functions.

Here you can see how many 'users' or users your subscription contains.

Here you can see how many senders are currently under your admin account. From this page, you can invite new users, assign administrator rights , and manage permissions for other users.
You will then be taken to a screen where you can enter the group name. In addition, you can set the email to be sent to all members of the group and allow the group members to act as agents for each other.
You can then add members to the group by clicking the group and clicking "Invite Member". Here, you can enter the email address to which the document will eventually be sent.
With this function you can insert an extra field to your Designer. You can then drag these fields into the document to be signed. Fields that are already present within the Designer include a text box, a checkbox and a list (these options are on the left in the Designer).
By clicking on "Add Field" you will enter the screen below, and you can give your field a name and description and set whether the field is required.
You can also determine settings regarding security. In this way you can establish rules that your colleagues must adhere to. For example, the complexity of the passwords.
Theme & Styling
As an admin you can also provide the signing ceremony with the right branding. You can upload your organization's logo. This is shown in the screen where the signer ends up. You can also provide the buttons with your own colors.
