How Does ValidSign Fast Track Work?
Here are the steps to use Fast Track effectively:
Template Creation:
- Begin by creating a template in ValidSign. Ensure that all necessary fields for the signer(s) are included.
- Add placeholders where the signers need to enter their information. This ensures a structured and uniform document.
Fast Track Selection:
- Select the specific template you want to use for the Fast Track process.
- Activate the Fast Track function with a simple click on the designated button.
Generate Signing Link or QR Code:
- ValidSign automatically generates a unique link or QR code.
- You can place this link or QR code on your website, or send it via email.
Signer Information Input:
- The signer clicks on the link or scans the QR code.
- They then enter their own name and email address for verification.
- After the name and email are entered, the signer can view the document.
Signing and Confirmation:
- The signer views the document and fills in the required fields.
- After checking the information, the signer confirms the signature.
Processing in ValidSign:
- The signed document is automatically processed and stored in ValidSign.
- Both the sender and the signer receive a confirmation of the signing.
