We have detected a problem with the display of transaction numbers on the dashboard when you manage dashboards via the authorization function. Currently, transactions with the status 'draft,' 'expired,' and 'rejected' are not being displayed correctly in the buttons on the dashboard.
What is the problem?
When you access a dashboard via the authorization function, the displayed transaction numbers in the buttons may differ from the actual number. This applies specifically to transactions that are in the draft phase, or that have the status 'draft,' 'expired,' or 'rejected.' You can see the correct transactions when you open the inbox, but the numbers on the dashboard itself are incorrect.
