With ValidSign, you can easily add various types of fields to your documents, such as signatures, initials fields, or text boxes. You can do this by simply dragging the field onto the document. If you want a specific field to appear on every page of your document, ValidSign offers a convenient feature that allows you to automatically duplicate that field across all pages.
Here’s how it works:
To start, drag a field to the desired location on your document. This could be an initials field, for example, but you can also choose other types of fields such as a signature, text box, or date field. Once you have placed the field in the desired spot, a sidebar with field settings will appear on the right side of your screen. Here, you can adjust specific properties of the field, such as its size and whether filling it in is mandatory.
If you want this field to appear on every page of your document, you can easily set this up. In the field settings on the right, you will see an option to duplicate the field to the remaining pages of the document. You can do this by clicking on the duplicate icon, which looks like two overlapping squares. Once you have done this, the field will automatically be copied to the same position on all other pages of your document.
Now, the inserted field is duplicated across all other pages of the document. It is important to note that this action applies specifically to the document you are currently working on. If you want to duplicate fields in multiple documents, you will need to manually perform this action for each document individually. This feature offers a lot of flexibility, especially when working with large documents where certain information needs to appear on every page.
