In ValidSign4accountancy it is possible to add all your contact persons via a CSV file. Via this tool, you can immediately add all your contact persons to ValidSign4Accountancy. This also applies to adding organizations. More information about this here.
Click on your name in the top right corner, then click on 'Settings'. Then click on 'Import' in the left column. Here, you can upload a CSV file.
An example file is available. This file shows you how to fill in the CSV file. You can provide the following fields:
1. First name
3. Phone number
4. Email address
5. Active - Indicates whether a contact is still active. You do this by using numbers. For example, one is active and zero equals inactive. You can therefore enter '1' here as standard for importing contacts.
8. External ID
9. Organization External ID
You can separate all these variables with a comma. Make sure this is all in one column. In addition, you should not put spaces after the commas. You can use a new row for each contact. See an example below:
