In ValidSign4accountancy it is possible to add organizations via a CSV file. You can place all your customers in ValidSign4Accountancy in one go.
Click on your name in the top right corner, then click on 'Settings'. Then click on 'Import' in the left column.
You can download a sample document here. This indicates how you should fill in the CSV file. You have several variables that you can enter. These variables are listed below in order:
1. Organization name
2. Email address
3. Chamber of Commerce number
4. VAT number
5. FI number
7. Zip code
9. Phone number
10. Organization Size
11. External ID
You can separate all these variables with a comma. Make sure you don't put spaces after the commas. You can use a new rule for each organization. Below is an example:
